• President at Christian Brothers College High School

  July 2007 - January 2013

  o Led staff and student body in improving average ACT test scores from 21.2 to 23.4. Students in the Honors Program achieved an average ACT test score of 30. o Institution received the highest accreditation scores possible in 2012 from North Central Association. o 2010/2011 School year individually secured over $1M in private funding. Raised additional funding of $300,000 to replace the stadium field in 2012. Increased Scholarship endowment from $1M to $4.8M over 5-year term. o Implemented first and only mandatory drug testing policy in state of Missouri in 2007. In 2012, 99.5% of students tested drug-free. o Developed unique Marketing and Branding initiative in 2007 - "Men for Tomorrow. Brothers for Life." o Utilized new promotional strategies in the field of education through Radio Advertising, Media Testimonials and Social Media resources. o Increased student enrollment to the 3rd highest of all St. Louis area private high schools.
